Charles C. Gableman, P.E., LEED AP®

President

Mr. Gableman is a professional electrical engineer with over 22 total years of experience in the electrical industry. Graduating Cum Laude with his BSEE from Florida Atlantic University in 1993, Mr. Gableman obtained his Florida Professional Engineering license 3 years later. Continuing his technical education, he has attended BICSI telecommunications conferences, code analysis seminars, annual Agency for Healthcare Administration conferences, and various lighting systems and controls factory tours to keep current with the latest technologies. In 2003, he was one of the first engineers in South Florida to obtain the United States Green Building Council certification as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mr. Gableman has demonstrated experience in designing low voltage communications, telecommunications, and life safety systems. He specializes in electrical distribution systems, performing fault, load flow and coordination studies, as well as UPS and generator backed up systems. He frequently assists clients with investigative surveys, feasibility studies, programming, and project budgeting to define scope requirements for a wide variety of projects. Providing sustainable, cost conscious engineering designs which meet the client’s current objectives with flexibility for the future is his philosophical approach to every project.

Harold L. Ragan, P.E.

Vice President

Mr. Ragan is a professional electrical engineer with over 39 total years of experience in the electrical industry. Prior to receiving his BSEE from Florida Atlantic University in 1986, Mr. Ragan had completed an electrical apprenticeship with the IBEW and worked as a journeyman electrician while pursuing his engineering education. After receiving his Florida P.E., Harry joined JLRD in 1995, and in 1999 completed his MS in Engineering Management at the University of South Florida. He is an honorably discharged veteran of the USMC.

Mr. Ragan has demonstrated experience in designing medium and low voltage power distribution systems, performing fault & coordination studies, and in designing lighting, life-safety and security, and telecommunications systems. In addition to design, he can assist clients with investigative surveys, feasibility studies, programming, and project budgeting.

Harold L. Ragan

Michael P. Linden, P.E., LEED AP®

Vice President

Mr. Linden is a professional mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry. Mr. Linden received his BSME in 1993 from the University of South Florida and joined JLRD shortly thereafter the same year. Mr. Linden earned his professional engineers license in 2002.

Mike has demonstrated expertise in designing HVAC systems for educational facilities (K-12), as well as higher education. In addition to the educational sector, Mike has performed as the Engineer of Record for projects involving laboratory design, chiller and air handler change-out, commercial build outs and hospital projects such as MRIs, linear accelerators and outpatient surgery centers.

In addition to his design capabilities, Mr. Linden also performs HVAC load calculations, energy audits and can assist clients with feasibility studies, HVAC Master Planning, and project budgeting.

Michael D. Davila, P.E.

Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Davila is a Professional Engineer with JLRD, Inc., with over 33 years experience in mechanical engineering. Having first served as a Facility Engineer for a Fortune 500 company, then as a project manager for a mechanical contractor, he has a keen understanding of the industry from a variety of perspectives.

For the past 30 years, Mr. Davila has practiced as a Consulting Engineer with a focus on large HVAC systems and controls. He is also proficient in the design of Fire Protection systems, having passed the Professional Engineers exam in both Mechanical (1985) and Fire Protection (1990) disciplines. He is adept at project management, design, investigative studies, energy analysis and life cycle costing. Mr. Davila excels at providing innovative, real-world solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Timothy M. Feagans, LEED AP®, CCEA®

Senior Designer

Mr. Feagans is a Senior Designer in the Mechanical Department at JLRD, Inc., with 33 years experience designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Beginning his design experience in the mid-west (Illinois) and relocating to South Florida in 1989, he has experience designing systems for various climates and conditions.

Tim manages large and small projects from start to finish for all of the mechanical engineering disciplines, whether the project is a new building or an existing building renovation. He excels in documenting existing building mechanical and piping systems conditions to create accurate design documents and as-built conditions.

Mr. Feagans has an Associates Degree from Illinois in Building Technology, and an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Palm Beach State College. Mr. Feagans is a LEED Accredited Professional, and has been a full member of ASPE since 1994. He is also a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst, certified with the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA).
